Shipping & Returns
At Winter and Raven, we are committed to ensuring every item is carefully inspected and dispatched in perfect condition. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us immediately at sales@winterandraven.com.au. We’ll be happy to discuss the issue and assist you with returning the item, offering a full refund or an exchange.
Important Note:
Once your order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. If you’ve entered incorrect shipping details, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it, but please note that once items have been shipped, we are unable to make changes. To avoid errors, please double-check all details before placing your order.
Return Conditions
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Refunds or store credits will only be issued once we’ve received the returned items.
Shipping Information
Processing Times:
We ship worldwide! Orders are prepared for shipping within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods such as sales, new releases, or restocks, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch.
Shipping Rates (Australia):
• $8 Standard Shipping Australia-wide.
• Free Shipping on orders over $110
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you after dispatch. Please note that delivery delays once in the hands of Australia Post are beyond our control.
International Orders:
• All items are shipped via Australia Post and transferred to your local postal service upon arrival in your country.
• Delivery times can take up to 4 weeks for international shipments.
• Custom duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. It's important to be aware of your country's import duties to avoid unexpected charges. We are not responsible for duty, or tariff fees imposed at international borders. Any delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
At checkout, prices will convert back to AUD, but the amount deducted from your account will reflect your local currency.
Pre-Orders:
If you purchase a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, both will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives. Need an in-stock item sooner? Email us, and we’ll happily arrange a split shipment at the buyer’s expense.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking number reads “unable to track,” this might be due to selecting untracked post at checkout. In this case, the package number serves as proof of shipment.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking indicates that your parcel is lost, please contact Australia Post directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels once they are in the hands of Australia Post.
